YOUR SLEEP, YOUR SCHEDULE
Make it your night
How your plan works
We add or subtract your sleep target and time to fall asleep. Wind-down time comes before lights out. Dates and your device’s time zone keep your plan in step with midnight and clock changes.
Sleep cycles vary, so we don’t use fixed 90-minute blocks. Most adults need at least 7 hours of sleep; your needs may differ. Read adult sleep guidance

Time you can understand
Entering a bedtime adds your sleep target and fall-asleep allowance to find a wake-up time. Entering a wake-up time subtracts them to find a bedtime. Wind-down time comes before lights out. Dates and your device’s time zone account for midnight and clock changes. Sleep cycles vary; we do not count fixed 90-minute blocks or predict which stage you will wake in.
